Dental crowns/Bridges
CROWNS are prosthetic substitutes that completely cover and protect the damaged or broken part of the tooth due to caries or periodontal reasons.
Dental crowns or bridges can be either metallic or non-metallic.
BRIDGES are prosthetic substitutes that connect two abraded teeth and replace the missing tooth with the “false tooth”.
Metal-ceramic the type of crowns / bridges with metal substrate. The metal substrate can be made of conventional alloy of cobalt, chromium and molybdenum, gold or titanium. The metal substrate provides the crowns and bridges with required strength and hardness in order to withstand large chewing forces. Ceramics is baked in layers on the metal substrate in certain color and tooth shape suitable for the patient. That is the most common choice of our patients due to very reasonable price, excellent properties and good aesthetic components.

Zircon-ceramic the type of crowns / bridges with zirconium oxide substrate. It is a relatively new material on the market that replaces the metal base. It usually comes in white color. It is an aesthetic material that is handled with CAD / CAM technology. It serves as a baking tray for ceramics which is then given a more natural appearance since light penetrates better through lighter materials. It can be used as an upgrade for teeth and implants on the front teeth to remove the metallic shine or metallic edge given by the metal.

E.max crowns are mostly used for crowns in the front area where aesthetics is most important. Translucency, transparency and fluorescence are completely transmitted to the crown ceramics and can not be distinguished from the natural tooth. With unquestionable aesthetics, it has three times the strength of the tooth enamel.

Fillings
CERAMIC FILLINGS also known as inlays and on-lays are made of ceramics. The main difference between them and composite fillings is that they are made of ceramics outside of the mouth.
All on 4/6
All on 4, all on 6 systems are methods of making a denture for the upper and lower toothless jaw with 4, or 6 implants.
Apart from being a minimally invasive and short-term procedure, it’s also increasingly common choice for patients who do not have too much time and whose life requirements are high. During one visit bad teeth are removed, implants are inserted and the patient is assured with temporary work or fixed bridge with the bolts within only 12 hours. After 6 months, a definitive fixed bridge is made. Immediate solution also implies situations when the teeth had already been removed.

Dental prosthesis
Dental prosthesis are made in cases of complete or partial loss of teeth.
Total prostheses on locators or fasteners are a type of dental prosthesis that are removable and are retanned by small caps or saddles on the implants.
Combined works are elegant dentures where one part is fixed / cemented as a bridge and the other part that is mobile and removable. This type of prosthesis is a great aesthetical choice because patients dislike the presence of clips that can be visible. In these prostheses, the retention with clips is replaced by the retention with rubbers and attachments located within the prosthesis.

Splints
All our splints are made in the dental laboratory after taking the print.
They are made individually for each patient, of the highest quality materials and are comfortable to wear.
Most commonly used for pain in the jaw joints, tension in the muscles of the face, squeezing or jerking of the wrist, tooth decay
Michigan splint (for relaxation or stabilization) is used in patients who have problems with the dysfunction of the chewing system (jaundice and / or chewing muscle pain) and bruxism. It is made of transparent acrylate, usually worn on the upper jaw.
Bruxism splint (night shield) serves to protect against teeth squeezing. Bruxism often occurs during the night because the patient is unconscious and has no control over that. Tooth wear as a result, can lead to numerous problems that are kept by wearing a protective splint.

The whitening and fluoridation splints are used when brushing or fluoridating the teeth with gel that is placed in them during the night and the procedure can be repeated until the final teeth whitening or mineralization of the latter is achieved.
There are also sports splints (sports guards) that keep the teeth and soft tissue of the mouth from injuries during various sports activities.
